How Do You Engage Us?

PROJECT SCOPING PHASE

Step #1. Make contact with us by phone and/or email with your project request. If warranted, we will execute a bilateral non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to a more formal, in-depth discussion.

 

Step #2. After our initial review of your project request based on your submission, we will schedule a call with you to discuss your project request in detail including topic specifics, deliverable type and format, and your timeline and budget expectations.

 

Step #3. In a short timeframe following this initial phone meeting, we will get back to you with a project proposal document and fixed price quotation for your review and consideration.

 

PROJECT EXECUTION PHASE

Step #4. Once the agreement is executed, the project will be initiated, based on the agreed scope of work, timeline, and pricing parameters.

 

Depending on the nature and agreed scope of work and duration of the project, a mid-project update call may be scheduled to report on project status and /or preliminary findings.

 

Step #5. Upon completion of the project, deliverable(s) will be sent to you via email for your review and feedback. A final debrief call will be scheduled to review the report and findings with you, and to answer your questions, and discuss next steps, if any.
